Delete your Cugi account

Cugi ("the app", "we", "us") is a mobile riddle game operated by an individual developer. This page explains how to request deletion of your Cugi account and the data associated with it.

How to request account deletion

To delete your account and its associated data, send us an email:

1. Email cugi.support@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in to Cugi.
2. Use the subject line Delete my Cugi account.
3. Include your in-app display name so we can locate your account.

We verify the request comes from the account's own email address, then process the deletion. Your request is completed within 30 days, and we will email you to confirm once it is done.

What data is deleted

When we delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your login credentials (email and password) held by our authentication provider.
• Your profile, including your display name.
• The riddles you created, your guesses, and your scores and points.
• Any reports you submitted about other players' riddles.

What may be retained

We do not keep your personal data after deletion, except limited records we are legally required to retain or that are needed to prevent fraud and abuse. Any such records are kept only as long as necessary and are not used to identify you in the app.
